10/28/11 On Wednesday morning October 26th at approximately 11:30 Officer Ray West with the Plymouth Police Department investigated a pedestrian being struck by a car at the intersection of Michigan and Jefferson Street.
The accident occurred when 61 year old Carol Baker of Walkerton who was east bound on Jefferson Street attempted to make a left hand turn on the Michigan Street. 35 year old Eric Goodrich of Plymouth was in the crosswalk heading west and was struck by Baker’s vehicle.
A witness at the scene said Baker did not have the turn arrow but had a green light. Goodrich also had the walk sign and had the right-of-way.
Mr. Goodrich was transported to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth for head injuries.













What ever happened to look both ways before you cross the street….are drivers getting crazier or are us pilgrims getting dumber……wake up Plymouth
