Plymouth Basketball has a NEW Head Coach!

05/18/11 The Plymouth Community School Corporation is pleased to announce the employment of Ryan Bales as the new Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach at  the Board of Education Meeting scheduled for 7:00 P.M. on May 17, 2011.    Bales is replacing former Coach Kevin Stuckmeyer who spent three years as Head Coach finishing 31-38 in his tenure.

Bales has experienced tremendous success as both a player and as a coach.  Bales is a graduate of North Judson San Pierre High School where he led his team to a regional championship in 1995.  After his graduation from High School, Bales enrolled at Bethel College where his teams were three time conference champions and two time national champions.  Bales was inducted into the Bethel College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2007.

Bales coaching career began at Noblesville High School where he served as the Varsity Assistant under Dave McCollough for 5 years.  Bales served as the Head Coach at Caston High School for one year before returning to North Judson San Pierre where he recently completed his fifth season as the Boys Head Varsity Basketball Coach with a record of 71 wins, 41 losses.  During his tenure at NJSP his teams won two sectional championships and one regional championship.

Bales career record is 84-52 as a head coach.   WELCOME COACH BALES!

    I just think they didn’t really give Mr Stuckmeyer enough of a chance 3 years isnt long enough.
