06/07/11 The regular monthly meeting of the Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals is tonight, June 7th at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall. The only agenda item is the request of John and Carey Weir for a special exception to allow a day care at 519 and 523 North Walnut Streets in Plymouth. The two buildings are located in a C-2 Downtown Commercial zoning district.
The Weirs recently purchased the properties that were owned by David Holmes, across the street on the west side of the County Building. They have been making major improvements to the properties and plan to use the smaller house to the north for infants up to age 3 and the two story house for a pre-school setting.
The Plymouth BZA meeting is open to the public for comment and questions.
The Plymouth Plan Commission meeting for June was cancelled due to lack of an agenda.
