05/20/11 The Plymouth Kiwanis Group will be selling bags of sweet Vidalia onions this weekend at three locations in Plymouth. The onions come in 10 pound bags and are selling for just $10 each. These will be available the Farmers Market at the Kiwanis booth this Saturday, May 21st , from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Onions will also be for sale at Centier Bank on Oak Road as well as the Lake City Bank Branch from 9:00 AM to noon. Five pound bags can also be purchased for $7.00, but only for the day-of sales, and not advance sales. Advance sales are underway from all Plymouth Kiwanis members. Advance tickets are also available by calling Linda Houin at 936-5313.
Vandalia onions will add a zing to your burgers, salads, sandwiches, soups and other culinary delights this spring and summer.
Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world, one child and once community at a time.
