03/09/11 On Sunday, March 6th at approximately 9:30pm, Officer Shanna Gilmer of Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation in the 500 block of West Jefferson Street. Upon a search of the vehicle with K-9 Rex, marijuana was located. The driver Eric G. Pearson 21, of Plymouth was arrested and lodged at the Marshall County Jail. Pearson was charged with Possession of Marijuana with a bond set at $1,000.
Pearson is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court 2 on April 5th.
