The Marshall County Dispatch Center received a call at 5:52 Thursday morning with the reported break-in. Plymouth Police were immediately dispatched to the area and found that entry had been made by breaking a window on the south side of the dining room.
Once inside the Pizza Hut the burglars used some type of saw or grinder to gain access to the safe. An undetermined amount of money was removed.
Plymouth Police believe this incident happened between 3 a.m. and 5:45 a.m. At this time they have no suspects. Police are asking for the public’s assistance on solving this crime. Anyone who may have been in the area early Thursday morning and may have seen a vehicle or people in the area of Pizza Hut are asked to notify the Plymouth Police Department.
