06/02/11 Mitchell arrested on four warrants.

On Wednesday, June 1st around 6:30 A.M. Officer Jordan Rans of the Plymouth Police Department was requested at 920 Freeman Drive in reference to a verbal argument involving a possibly wanted subject. When officers arrived on scene they located Andy Mitchell 31 of Plymouth that was wanted out of Marshall County on four warrants. Mitchell was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on the following warrants; Failure to Appear/Probation Violation, Failure to Appear/Misdemeanor, which both warrants are set with no bond at this time, also Failure to appear/Civil and a Civil Contempt with a cash bond totaling $11,250.00 on both.

Just after midnight at approximately 12:11 A.M. on Tuesday, June 1st, Sergeant Joe Deisch made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Harrison and Walnut Streets. It was found that driver, Mario Salinas 28, of Plymouth was driving without ever receiving a license. Salinas was transported to Marshall County Jail and held on a $250.00 cash bond which was paid at 1:20 A.M.  and he was released.  Salinas is scheduled to appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 28th at 8:30AM.
