5/19/11  Tuesday, May 5th at approximiatly 10:15 p.m. K-9 Officer John Weir of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Walmart on North Oak Drive for the report of a theft. Upon arrival, the suspect Kyle W. Lawson 23, of Plymouth was searched and several items stolen were found on his person.  Officer Weir also located methamphetamine precursors and several types of controlled substances. Lawson was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was charged with theft and possession of a controlled substance.  His bond was set a $1,000.00 cash. Lawson is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on June 21st.

On Wednesday, May 18th at approximately 12:05a.m. Sergeant Joe Deisch with Plymouth P. D. made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Harrison and Plum Streets. The driver, Michael C. Morales 33, of Plymouth was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.   Morales was booked into the Marshall County Jail with a cash bond of $250.  He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 7th.
