09-22-2011 On Tuesday, September 20th at 1:49 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Bob DeLee responded to the Plymouth Probation Department in response to giving a portable breathalyzer test to a subject. Upon his arrival, 43 year old Deanna L. Trivett of Plymouth was taken into custody for public intoxication after failing the breathalyzer test. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked with a $1,000 bond.
Later Tuesday night at 10:56 P.M. Officer Joe Deisch responded to 2225 North Michigan Street in reference to a theft complaint. Upon arriving at the Speedway Station contact was made with 19 year old Dylan J. Vazari of Plymouth who was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine. He was taken into custody along with 18 year old Sean A. Critchlow of Plymouth who was charged with theft. Both subjects was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where their bonds were set at $1,000 each.
