I guess "thing are going so well" in the eyes of the mayor that it wasn't worth mentioning. And didn't the mayor say going to 2nd in the State in meth labs was a good thing last year and now going from 2nd to 8th is also a good thing....only a politician could take credit for both a rising and a declining ranking.
