06/29/11On Friday June 24th at approximately 4:28am Plymouth Police Officer responded to the 700 block of West Washington Street in reference to a domestic dispute. After an investigation John M. Potter 28, of Plymouth was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Potter was booked in for Domestic Battery-Physical Presence of a Child Less than 16 years of age with a cash bond of $1000.00. A scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 will be on July 12th at 8:30am.
