09/20/11 The “award winning” Pride of Plymouth Marching Band came home with the gold with a solid performance in Class B competition at the Maconaquah Invitational over the weekend. This marks the start of the marching band season as Plymouth travels to the Twin Lakes Invitational in Monticello next Saturday.
On October 8th, The Pride of Plymouth will again host “The Harvest Festival of Bands” at Plymouth High School. The public will be able to enjoy many regional bands throughout the Saturday afternoon and evening competition.
Through the October 1st program deadline, local businesses are encouraged to help sponsor ads in the official program as 100% of the proceeds will help raise funds for the Plymouth High School Music Department.
