12/29/11 On Tuesday, December 27th around 4:00 p.m. Plymouth Police Officers Derek Workman and Jesse Pippenger responded to JC Penney in the Pilgrim Place Center in reference to a theft that had occurred. During the investigation officers began speaking with the suspect, 39 year old Seth Enders of Plymouth when he fled and ran into the Tractor Supply Store. Mr. Enders was tazed by Officer Pippenger, and was later found to be in possession of Methamphetamines and still was wearing the shoes that were stolen from JC Penny. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Theft, Possession of Methamphetamines, and Resisting Law Enforcement. Enders bond was set at $1,000.00 cash, and he is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on January 31st at 8:30am.
