11/08/11 Stephanie Ferch has joined Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness staff as a Fitness Assistant, Corporate Health Fair Wellness & Screening staff member, and Sports Performance Coach.

Ferch’s responsibilities include performing fitness assessments on members and helping members to reach their fitness goals and achieve lasting lifestyle changes.  She will also provide various wellness screenings on site in the corporate health fair setting.  Ferch will be working with the Underarmor 360 program combining their rankings process with protocols gathered from her experience working with UCLA collegiate athletes and Fitness Forums experience with the SPARQ program as a Sports Performance Coach. This Underarmor program aids her in developing specialized programs to enhance an athletes overall performance by increasing speed, vertical jump, strength and reaction time.  Ferch is trained to work with individual athletes of all ages or teams on site or at Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness.

Ferch is a graduate of Manchester College and holds a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in coaching.  Since graduation she has completed an internship with UCLA’s Athletic Performance Program working with their collegiate athletes including the UCLA football program. Ferch was an assistant woman’s soccer team coach at Manchester College and was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for various sports.

Ferch, originally from the Indianapolis area, now resides near Plymouth with her husband Nathan.
