10/10/11 Lt. Detective Duane Culp with the Marshall County Sheriff Department and officers from the U. S. Marshal’s office arrested Timothy A. Stutzman after a month long investigation.
48 year old Timothy A. Stutzman was arrested Friday morning about 9 a.m. in the 20,000 block of 12th Road on two Felony Warrants out of DeKalb County. One count of Failure to Register as a sex offender and count two Possession of Child Pornography. Timothy Stutzman was lodged at the Marshall County Jail awaiting transportation back to DeKalb County.
