07/26/11 Plymouth Police made several arrests on Sunday.

At 3:25 a.m. Officer Joe Deisch arrested Wayne Hardesty, 23, from Grovertown for Public Intox in the 1000 block of West Jefferson Street.  His $500 cash bond was paid at 3:35 p.m. and he was released.

Officer Jordan Rans arrested 21 year old Jesus Moreno of Richard Drive after being called to the 700 block of West Jefferson Street for a possible fight.  Moreno and a second subject were located on Jefferson Street walking away from the area of the fight.  Moreno fled on foot when officers approached him.  After a short foot pursuit he was taken into custody and lodged in the County Jail for Resisting Law Enforcement and Public Intox.  His bond was set a $1,000.

At 5:05 a.m. Sunday Officer Deisch was called to the Westgate Apartments for a domestic complaint.  22 year old Emily Miller was arrested for Domestic Battery.  Her bond was paid at 6:30 a.m. Monday morning and she was released and given an August 9th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.

Plymouth Officer Jessie Pippenger conducted a traffic stop a vehicle at Monroe Street and Magnetic Parkway for a window tint violation about 4 p.m. Sunday.  The driver, 27 year old David Matusek of Bremen was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a Prior charge.  He was lodged in the Jail with a $1,500 bond.
