08/18/11 On Monday, August 15th at approximately 10:28 A.M. Plymouth Police Officer Shelly Church responded to K-mart in reference to a theft. Upon arrival it was found that Amber F. Tapia 30, of Bourbon had shoplifted from the store. She was then transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony. There is a $1,000.00 cash bond set for her release and a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on August 30th.
