11/01/11 The PHS Theatre Department will be presenting their annual children’s show this weekend. The play is The Little Mermaid, and will be performed this Friday, November 4, at 6:30 PM, this Saturday, November 5, at 2:00 PM and again at 6:30 PM, and on Sunday, November 6, at 2:00 PM. All shows are in the PHS Auditorium.
Tickets are $3.00 for anyone 12 and under and $4.00 for everyone else. Tickets can be purchased at the door and the doors open 30 minutes before each show. There are over 130 PHS students in the show so they actually have two casts. The Red Cast performs on Friday night and Saturday afternoon and the White Cast performs on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. This annual event at Plymouth High School was started back in 1979 and is a highlight of the school’s theatre program.
