This “animal” attacked my neice a couple years ago, and she is very lucky he just got her arm. At that time she was 16, what if this would have been a small child??? I love dogs, but this is not a safe animal!

The really sad thing is that I see elderly people stop and give this idiot money all the time and he goes and gets drunk with it. He used to sit in Applebees and drink while the dog was tied to a tree. He won’t learn so why give the animal back??

I really think this is so petty. How much of the taxpayers money paid for his staying in jail, and the animal being sheltered??
