01/17/11 At 5:23 PM Thursday Plymouth Police Officer’s responded to the Mayflower Tavern at 1111West Jefferson Street after receiving a complaint that 46 year old Todd Wagoner had been in the bar since noon and his wolf dog had been tied outside.
Wagoner having been ordered by Superior Court 1 Judge Rob Bowen to not leave his dog unattended for safety of the public was in breech of a court order.
The Marshall County Humane Society was contacted and the dog was transported to their facility.
Mr. Wagoner was arrested for public intoxication and contempt of court. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $500 bond.
