8/17/11 The Plymouth Farmers’ Market activities will feature the music of the Marshall County Church Orchestra from 9-11 a.m. It’s the height of the tomato season and shoppers will have an opportunity for tomato tasting while a contest for the biggest tomato will be judged..

The Market is held Saturdays from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the G & G parking lot at Garro and River, east of Michigan. The area is now officially a city park under the management of the Plymouth Parks Department. The last day for the Market is Oct. 8, the second Saturday of the month.

Applications for vendors and not-for-profits are available on the website at www.plymouthfarmersmarket.com or by contacting Tom Keb, Market Manager, 10499 Tyler Road, Bremen, IN 46506 (574-217-5776). Booth space for vendors remains at $10 per week per booth. Not-for-profit booths are free but limited to once a month.
