		<description>I read in another news source that the USPS has been entertaining the idea of &quot;Village Post Offices&quot;.  This sounds like a really nice compromise and allows greater flexibility of getting the mail.  

I have been living abroad a number of years now and in smaller towns (like the one I live in) it is part of another business (like a general mercantile).   It kind of reminds me of &quot;The Waltons&quot;--except for the language difference.</description>
