07/27/11 The United Way of Marshall County Kick-Off event for the 2011 Campaign will be held on Friday, August 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This year the event will be held at the Plymouth Knights of Columbus who has generously donated their facility.
The featured speaker for the United Way Kick-Off luncheon is John Zeglis, retired President of AT&T, Chairman and CEO of AT&T Wireless and Founder and Chairman of the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
There is no charge to attend the United Way Kick-Off event but a RSVP at 936-3366 is appreciated.
This year’s goal is $475,000 according to Chad Dreibelbis, 2011 Campaign Chair. The campaign runs through Thanksgiving.
