11/22/11 On Monday, November 14th Patrolman Bob DeLee of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Oak and Pidco Drives. It was found that the driver, Tara Taylor 35, of Plymouth had an active warrant out of Marshall County. She was taken into custody, transported to the County Jail and is awaiting a court hearing.
On Sunday, November 20th at approximately 3:19 a.m. Plymouth Officer Paul Stamper arrested Miles P. Warner 20, of Plymouth and Brandon M. Carpenter 19, of Plymouth in the 1000 block of Lincolnway East for minor consumption. Both were transported to the Marshall County Jail where a $250.00 cash bond was set on Warner and $500.00 cash bond on Carpenter. Both men are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 6th at 8:30am.
On Sunday, November 20th around 7:30 p.m. Officer Jessie Pippenger from the Plymouth P. D. was dispatched to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive in reference to a theft. Upon arrival it was found that Patience N. Green 20, of Walkerton was shoplifting. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony. Green’s bond was set at $1,000.00 cash, which was paid on the same date at 9:00pm. She is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on December 20th at 8:30am.
On Sunday, November 20th at around 11:28 p.m. Plymouth Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Lincolnway East for a possible domestic disturbance. While investigating the incident Richard E. Clark Jr. 20, of Plymouth was found to be in possession of marijuana. Clark was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked with $1,000.00 cash bond. Clark is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 6th at 8:30am.
