09-27-11 On Friday, September 23rd at 4:08 PM Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland responded to 907 West Adams Street in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arriving on the scene there was enough probable cause that battery and disorderly conduct had taken place between 18 year old Garrett Vires of Plymouth and two juveniles. Mr. Vires was taken into custody on battery and disorderly conduct charges. He was transported to the Marshall Jail and booked in on a $750 bond and was released on Saturday, September 24th at 8:40 PM after posting bond.
On Saturday, September24th at 4:03 PM Officer Tim Taberski who was working loss prevention for Kroger’s grocery store arrested 30 year old Robert L. Byers II of North Judson for an active warrant through Marshall County. After a search of Mr. Byers person he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $3,000 bond.
