01/28/11 Plymouth Police were called to the Marshall County Probation Department Thursday morning about 10:40 in reference to a probationer attempting to use a device to interfere with a drug test.
28 year old Avery A. Mullins of Winamac was found to be in possession of a homemade device used to supply clean urine for a drug screen. Mullins was arrested without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for possession of a device used to interfere with a drug screen.
