City Police Make Arrests

01/25/12  On Sunday January 22nd at 2:28 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Jordan Rans conducted a routine traffic stop at the intersection of North Michigan Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail.  Following an investigation, Taylor R. Banks 18, of Culver was arrested for minor consumption.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was given a $250.00 cash bond.  Banks is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on February 21stat 8:30am.

About an hour and a half later around 3:45 a.m., Officer Wally Deerfield conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Jefferson and Randolph Streets.  It was discovered that three male subjects in the vehicle were intoxicated.  Manuel A. Perez 20, of Plymouth, Dakota K. Mark 19, of Demotte and Dylan L. Martin 19, of Plymouth were all transported to the Marshall County Jail where Mark and Martin were booked in with for Illegal Consumption of alcohol and Public Intoxication and given $500.00 cash bond each and Perez was booked in for public intoxication and Illegal consumption of alcohol and was given a $1000.00 cash bond.  All three are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on February 21st at 8:30am.
