Plymouth Police Reports

   02/20/12 On Tuesday, February 14th about 4:00pm, the Marshall County 911 Center received a call in reference to subjects fighting in the CVS parking lot in Plymouth. Corporal Hite of the Plymouth Police Department arrived on scene and began talking with Barbara Jo Finney 42, of Bourbon. It was discovered that Ms. Finney was intoxicated. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for Public Intoxication and given a $500.00 cash bond. Finney is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on March 27th at 8:30am.

On Tuesday, February 14th at 6:34pm, Officer Gary Cleveland conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Oak Road and Markley Drive for a vehicle with a loud exhaust and improper display of a license plate. The driver, Shane Thomas 24, of Plymouth was found to be driving on a suspended license and was in possession of synthetic marijuana. Thomas was transported to the County Jail where he was booked in with a $1,500.00 cash bond.   He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on February 28th at 8:30am.

On Wednesday, February 15th around 2:00am, Plymouth Police Officer Wally Deirfield conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Adams and North Michigan Streets. It was found that Aaron Church 20, of Elkhart had an active warrant through Elkhart County for a domestic battery charge. Church was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he will waited transport to Elkhart County.
