04/18/12 Parents, grandparents, younger siblings, and the general public are all invited to come to Riverside Intermediate School to hear humorous author, Tim Smith, speak about writing and nature on Thursday afternoon, April 19.
Smith is also known as Buck Wilder to his readers. He presents a motivational and entertaining presentation that inspires students to read, write, use their imaginations and most importantly believe in themselves.
There will be a presentation in the gym for fifth graders at 1:00 and sixth graders at 2:00. Door prizes will be drawn at each session for a grocery card giveaway for attending parents or grandparents. Preschoolers attending will receive a free book. Please enter through the main door of the school.
