Husband Arrested at WalMart for Violation of Protection Order

  07/12/12  On Monday, July 9th around 5:30pm, Plymouth Police Department received a call from an employee at Wal-Mart stating that her husband was in the store and in violation of a protective order she had placed upon him.   When Officer Cleveland of the Plymouth Police Department made contact with Zachary Bau 32, of Knox and he admitted he was in the store and violated the protection order.  Bau was then placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for invasion of privacy and was given a $750.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court # 2 on July 17th at 8:30am.
