07/26/12 On Friday, July 20th at approximately 5:09am, Officer Jordan Rans of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan and Monroe Streets. During the investigation it was learned that the driver, 21 year old Miguel Reyes of Plymouth was driving with not ever receiving a driver’s license. Reyes was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $250.00 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 14th at 8:30am.
Then on Monday July 23rd, Officer Rans initiated a traffic stop at Michigan Street and US 30. It was learned that the driver, Dorothy Stachulak 18, of Knox was driving without ever receiving a license. Dorothy was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $250.00 cash bond. She is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 21st at 8:30am.
