County Officer Laffoon Arrests Two

  08/08/12 On Saturday, August 4th at 2:47am Anthony K. Warren 38, of Indianapolis was stopped for an equipment violation in the area of US 31 south near 5A Road by Patrolman Nicholas Laffoon of the Marshall County Police Department.    During the traffic stop it was learned that Warren was driving on a suspended license and had an active warrant out of LaPorte County for driving while suspended.  Warren was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for driving while suspended with a prior and was given a $1,500.00 cash bond.  Warren is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 28th at 8:30am.

On Sunday, August 5th at 1:14am Patrolman Nicholas Laffoon initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle that was speeding on US 31 north near 3A Road.  During the traffic stop it was discovered that Arellano Glorimar 24, of Fort Wayne was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.  Glorimar was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $250.00 cash bond.  She is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on September 11th at 8:30am.
