25 year old Wayne Davis of Lake of the Woods was headed west of 14th Road and as he crossed Michigan Road he hit the railroad tracks and lost control of his automobile.  He left a lengthy amount of skid-marks on 14th Road before going off the north side of the roadway through a long grassy yard where the vehicle began to flip end over end going airborne at one point and slamming into a tree.

Emergency responders from the Argos Fire Department and EMS and Plymouth Fire and EMS were able to extricate Wayne Davis from the vehicle.  He was transported by Plymouth Paramedics to Memorial Hospital in South Bend.

Preliminary charges are resisting law enforcement and reckless driving.  Pending toxicology results, additional charges may be charged to Wayne Davis
