08/02/12 On Monday, July 30th at 4:47pm, City Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested Lynn A. Tunnat 45, of Plymouth at Christo’s Family Restaurant after it was found that she had an active warrant through Marshall County for failure to appear on a probation violation. Tunnat was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with no bond.
Later that day at approximately 7:00pm, Officer Gilmer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Adams Street and Plum Street. It was found that the driver Jorge Luiz Martinez Ramirez 30, of Plymouth was operating the vehicle without ever receiving a license. Ramirez was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $250.00 cash bond is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 28th at 8:30am.
On Tuesday July 31st at around 3:16pm, Officer Gilmer arrested Erica L. Ditmire 32, of Monterey at Walmart after she was found to be shoplifting. Ditmire was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was given a $1500.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on August 28th at 8:30am.
