10/18/12 Plymouth Police Officers have been busy serving warrants.
On Friday, October 12th at 9:23 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman while on routine patrol observed 35 year old Brian R. Braden of Plymouth at the Marathon Gas Station. Braden was taken into custody for three active warrants through Marshall County. Those warrants were for Failure to Appear for Cost and Fines $734, Civil Contempt $11,900 and Failure to Appear $734. Mr. Braden was transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was released on Monday, October 15th on his own recognizance.
On Saturday, October 13th at 10:12 PM Officer Workman responded to 1503 West Harrison Street, the residence of 39 year old Angela S. Slabaugh. She was taken into custody for two active warrants out of Marshall County for Failure to Appear. Slabaugh was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
On Sunday, October 14th at 6:02 PM Officer Workman responded to 706 First Street and located 21 year old Christopher L. Ballinger of Plymouth. He was placed under arrest for Failure to Appear and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held without bond.
On Monday, October 15th at 5:42 PM Officer Jesse Pippenger located 32 year old Jose M. Reyes at his residence located at 301 Skylane. Mr. Reyes was taken into custody for a warrant through Henry County. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
A short time later on Monday at 7:22 PM Officer Workman responded to 420 Alexander Street after receiving a Crime Stoppers Tip that 30 year old Jennifer L. Krueger who had an active warrant through St. Joseph County was visiting a friend at that location. Krueger was located and taken into custody for the warrant from St. Joe County for Unlawful Possession or Use of A Legend Drug. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
On Tuesday, October 16th at 11:54 AM Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop at 11th Road and Michigan Road on 23 Year old Christopher Simmons of Plymouth. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Mr. Simmons was Driving While Suspended with a Prior. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $755 bond.
