01/31/12 On Monday, January 24th about 10 p.m. Indiana State Police officers and officers from the Plymouth Police Department assisted the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force in conducting a search at the residence located at 410 North Main Street in Bourbon.
During the search of the residence police located an active one-pot method methamphetamine lab, lab precursors, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a firearm.
Two adults and a juvenile in the residence were arrested. 41 year old Regina K. Yost and 36 year old Amy Banks both of the Main Street address were transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for dealing in a narcotic drug, possession of meth and paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance. They were held with no bond. An unnamed juvenile was also arrested.
