07/05/12 On Monday, July 2nd at approximately 12:35am, an officer with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on US 30 west of Oak Road. Through the investigation it was determined that the driver, Justin McAfee 29, of Fort Wayne was in possession of approximately 128 grams of a substance believed to be crack cocaine as well as a firearm that was reported stolen through Fort Wayne.
The passenger in the vehicle, Antwon J. Davis 31, of Fort Wayne was also in possession of marijuana.
Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where McAfee was booked in for receiving stolen property, carrying a handgun without a license and possession of cocaine over three grams. All three charges have no bond set at this time. Davis was booked in for possession of marijuana and was given a $3000.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 31st at 8:30am.
