02/17/12 On Monday, February 13th at 7:18 p.m. Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop of the intersection of Michigan Road and Diamond Drive on a vehicle with several equipment violations.
Officer Weir walked K-9 Rex around the vehicle and Rex indicated a presence of some type of narcotic. A search of the vehicle and the three occupants, later identified as Ryan Loehmer 23, Cory Caudill 19, and Brenan Sanchez 18, all of Culver. Heroin and marijuana were found. All three subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where they were all booked in for Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of a Controlled Scheduled I substance-narcotic, and methamphetamine. All three were given a $1,000.00 cash bonds and are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on March 13th at 8:30am.
