04/24/12 Three subjects were arrested by Plymouth Police for resisting law enforcement on Sunday.

On Sunday, April 22nd around 6:50 p.m. Plymouth Police Department responded to 313 West Washington Street after a call was received for a loud noise disturbance. Upon arrival Officer Gary Cleveland met with Michael Pittman 31, of the Washington Street address. Mr. Pittman was yelling and started throwing things inside the residence. Once Officer Cleveland attempted to place Pittman under arrest and place him in handcuffs he became more combative. After Pittman was detained he was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. He was given a $2000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on May 15that 8:30am.

On Sunday, April 22nd at 9:44 p.m. Officer Cleveland responded to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center- Plymouth Campus for a male subject that had attempted to hang himself at 7:57p.m. at a Plymouth residence and had become combative with hospital staff . 27 year old Matthew C. Bowen was found to be intoxicated and continued to be disorderly. Cleveland attempted to place Bowen under arrest while he was resisting law enforcement he kicked the police officer. Once detained Bowen was transported to the Marshall County jail where he was booked in for Battery on law enforcement, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting law enforcement. He was given a $1000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on May 15th at 8:30am.

On Sunday, April 22nd Plymouth Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Adams Street after there was a call received that a domestic disturbance was taking place. Upon arriving officers located a battered female subject in the upstairs apartment. After further investigation Officer Ryan Richey placed Robert W. Warner 31, of Plymouth under arrest for domestic battery and revisiting law enforcement. Warner was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1000.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on May 15th at 8:30am.
