08/13/12 On Wednesday, August 8th just after 10 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer was dispatched to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive for three subjects who were shoplifting.
28 year old Cesar Cruz from South Bend was arrested for theft. He was also in possession of a fraudulent identification card not issued by the government and charges for the fake ID. His bond was set at $1,5000.
32 year old Heather Cruz was booked into the Marshall County Jail for theft with a bond of $1,500 and 31 year old Saralee Tillinghast also of South Bend was arrested for theft but also had an active warrant through Elkhart County. Her bond was set at $3,000.
All three are to appear in Marshall Superior Court I on September 4th.
