07/30/12 On Wednesday, July 25th Plymouth Officer Shanna Gilmer stopped a vehicle at the Red Rock Inn for a seat belt violation. The driver, 22 year old Abel Leal was found to be operating without a license.
A passenger in the vehicle, 18 year old Gabriel Leal was also cited for a seat belt violation.
Officer Gilmer recognized the driver and passenger as being involved in a theft from Wal-Mart on July 17th. She took both subjects into custody and transported them to the Marshall County Jail.
A third person, Daniel R. Izaguirre was located at the Red Rock Inn and taken into custody for theft and minor consumption.
City Police located several stolen electronic items from the July 19th incident were recovered from two rooms at the motel. All three subjects were booked into the Marshall County Jail on $4,500 bonds. They are to appear in Marshall Superior Court on August 28th.
The men are migrant workers from Pharr, TX staying at the Red Rock Inn.
