09/19/12 Monday morning just after 8 o’clock the Marshall County Dispatch Center dispatched a vehicle traveling east bound on US 30 east of Rose Road was all over the highway.  ISP Trooper Jim Strong was in the area and located the suspect vehicle at US 30 and Oak Road.  He conducted a traffic stop and the vehicle pulled into the Wal-Mart parking lot.

  Trooper Strong noticed a meth lab on the floor board of the 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix and was assisted by officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department including Jeff Snyder, Les McFarland and Jonathon Bryant and Ray West from the Plymouth Police Department.

  During the investigation it was determined that the vehicle was reported stolen out of out of the Fort Wayne Police Department on September 14th.  The four occupants of the vehicle were arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail.

  22 year old Dana Moon of Angola was booked in to the jail for receiving stolen property, dealing in cocaine or meth and possession of meth and paraphernalia.  She was held with no bond.

  49 year old Bradley Shopoff of Fort Wayne was booked in for receiving stolen property, dealing in cocaine or meth and false informing. He was held with no bond.

  41 year old Terrence Roundtree-Welch of Fort Wayne was booked in for receiving stolen property, dealing in cocaine or meth and false informing.  He too was held with no bond.

 The final arrest was 22 year old Joshua Burke Baughman of Fort Wayne.  He was booked in for receiving stolen property, dealing in cocaine or meth, and possession of meth and paraphernalia.  He too was held on no bond.
