Last night the Lady Rockies Soccer team suffered a 5-0 loss to Northwood.   Northwood got 3 goals in the first half and clamped down defensively for the win.  Plymouth falls to 8-6 (2-5).

 

The PHS Boys Soccer team also fell to Northwood 4-1 the final.  Kyle VanLue got Plymouth’s only goal at the 48th minute in the 2nd half.   Northwood’s first 3 goals came in the first half with Clay Seitz scoring his first of two on the night.   Plymouth falls to 3-9-4 (0-4-2 NLC).    WTCA will be broadcasting this Thursday’s game against Wawasee at the Kindt Soccerplex around 6:30pm.

 

Lady Pilgrims Volleyball defeated the John Glenn Lady Falcons.  Plymouth used some momentum in the first set  to help sweep the visiting Lady Falcons 3-0 at home Tuesday, 26-24, 25-18, 25-21.
Amber Redinger finished with 14 kills and six blocks for the Lady Pilgrims, while Carly Baker mustered eight kills, and Haley Harrell had 34 assists.
Andria Shook tallied 16 digs, and Mikayla German finished with 13 for Plymouth.

Argos-Glenn go toe-to-toe in nailbiting 3-3 tie
Damon Binkley scored on a penalty kick in the 78th minute, and Argos salvaged a 3-3 tie on the road at John Glenn Tuesday.
James Frey scored in the 20th minute to give the home team an initial advantage before Taylor Ogle knotted it up at 1-all on a PK in the 27th minute.
Alex Crump found the net on a solo score in the 35th minute to lift Glenn to a 2-1 halftime lead, and Zack Clark’s goal in the 44th minute staked the Falcons to a two-goal cushion early in the second half before Sean Mullaney scored on a Dom Cataldo helper in the 45th minute to cut that advantage to one goal.
Jacob Mechling made two saves in goal for the Dragons, and Troy Brassell recorded three saves for Glenn in the back-and-forth game.
