09/25/12 On Thursday, September 20th at 9:07 PM Officer Gary Cleveland with the Plymouth Police Department observed a truck traveling on Jefferson Street near 8th Street with no head lamps or tail lamps.  Officer Cleveland initiated a traffic stop. The driver, 26 year old Tory Moorman of Plymouth was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in with his bond set at $1,505. Moorman was released on Friday, September 21st at 7:15 AM after posting his cash bond.

On Friday, September 21st at 5:54 PM Officer Cleveland responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart and met with the loss prevention employees who had detained 19 year old Jonathon Cole of Plymouth.  Cole had been observed eating a candy bar and placed the wrapper in his pocket and attempted to leave the store without paying for it. Cole was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,505 bond.

Later that night at 7:26 PM Officer Cleveland responded to the Brass Rail located at 225 North Michigan Street after receiving a tip of a subject that was wanted was in the establishment. Upon arriving 23 year old Derrick C. Crockett of Indianapolis was placed under arrest for two active warrants through Starke County for dealing in methamphetamine a Class B Felony and possession of chemical regents a Class D Felony. Mr. Crockett was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for Starke County.
