10/15/12 On Thursday, October 11th at 11:31 PM Plymouth Police Officer Wally Derifield responded to a complaint at West Jefferson Street and 8th Street. Upon arriving 36 year old Christopher Newton of Plymouth was taken into custody on driving under the influence charges. Mr. Newton was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,505 bond.
On Friday, October 12th at 2:40 AM Officer Derifield served a warrant for Starke County on Cassidy Perry of Plymouth. Perry was taken into custody and held for Starke County.
