10/22/12 On Tuesday, October 16th at 1:25 PM Officer Mark Owens with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a dispatch to the Marshall County Probation Department after being advised of a women in their office with a warrant out of Starke County. Arriving at the Probation Department, 33 year old Angela P. Miller of Knox was taken into custody for a Failure to Appear Warrant on a Felony through Starke County. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
On Wednesday, October 17th at 4:45 PM Officer Jordan Rans conducted a traffic stop at Oak Drive south of Markley on 48 year old Dennis P. Hubbard of South Bend. After further investigation it was found that Mr. Hubbard was driving while suspended with a prior. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $755 cash bond.
