03/16/12 On Friday, March 9th around 12:50pm, Plymouth Police Officer Sergeant Mark Owen responded to the 700 block of West Jefferson Street for an altercation that was taking place. Upon arrival the officer spoke with a 40 year old female subject and a male subject, later identified as Skylar G. Todd 18, of Plymouth. After an investigation Todd was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for battery resulting in bodily injury and criminal mischief-loss to a utility service, and was given a $750.00 cash bond. Todd is scheduled court appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on March 20th at 8:30am.
On Saturday March 10th at 8:30pm, Plymouth Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Lake Avenue in reference to an unwanted guest. Upon arrival Officer Shanna Gilmer spoke with Jon T. Keilman 47, of Culver. At that time Keilman was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. Keilman was given a $1,000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 17th at 8:30am.
Then on Sunday, March 11th around 4:50am, Sergeant Joe Deisch arrested Justin J. Gerald 24, of Rochester when he conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Road, just north of 11th Road. It was found that Gerald was operating the vehicle while intoxicated, and was in possession of marijuana. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $1,000.00 cash bond. Gerald is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on March 27th at 8:30am.
On Sunday, March 11th at 3:18am, Officer Wally Derifield of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Brent Johnson 45, of Plymouth for public intoxication at the intersection of Liberty Street and Williams Street. Johnson was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $500.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 3rd at 8:30am.
Then just a short time later on Sunday, March 11th around 4:50 am, Officer Derifield arrested Robert L. Warner 21, of Plymouth in the 400 block of Miner Street for public intoxication. Warner was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $500.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 3rd at 8:30am.
On Monday March 12th around 7:59pm, Sergeant Owen responded to Martins supermarket on Jefferson Street in reference to a male shoplifter. Upon arrival the officer arrested Sean Mcnab 19, of Plymouth. Mcnab was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft, a Class D felony and was given a $1000.00 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on April 10th at 8:30am.
Then on Wednesday, March 14th at 5:46am, Officer Jordan Rans arrested Arthur V. Witt II 20, of South Bend after he was dispatched to the 400 block of Indiana Avenue for a domestic disturbance. It was found that Mr. Witt was intoxicated and under the age of 21, and was then transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Illegal consumption of alcohol and public intoxication. A $500.00 cash bond was placed for Witt’s release, and he is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court # 2 on April 10th at 8:30am.
