06/04/12  Last week on Monday, May 28th at 8:25pm, Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Broadway and Jackson Streets. It was found that Joey L. Grossman 50, of Plymouth was driving a motorcycle without a license. Grossman was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $250.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on June 19th at 8:30am.

On Tuesday, May 29th at 2:00pm, the Plymouth Police Department received a call of a purse stolen from a vehicle in the area of Liberty and Garro Streets. The witness identified Charles F. Boomhower 49, of Plymouth as the suspect involved. Officer Chris Miller investigated arrested Boomhower and transported to Jail where he was booked in for theft, and receiving stolen property, with a bond set at $1,500 cash. Boomhower is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 11that 8:30am.

On Tuesday, May 29th around 11:45pm, Officer Gilmer initiated a traffic stop for a traffic violation at the intersection of Pidco and Oak Drives. Driver, Howard J. Schillaci 51, of Plymouth was intoxicated and transported to the County Jail where he was booked in with a $1,500 cash bond. Schillaci is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on June 12th at 8:30am.

On Thursday, May 31st at 6:58pm, Officer Jesse Pippenger was dispatched to the 900 block of Monroe Street in reference to a suspicious male looking into windows. Upon arrival Officer Pippenger took Corey A. Loveless 39, of Argos into custody and transported him to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for public intoxication and residential entry.  Hisbond was set at $3,000 cash bond. Loveless is scheduled to appear in Superior Court II on June 19that 8:30am.
