07/09/12 On July 4th at 4:50pm, Officer Jason Dobbins of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Jorge Figueroa Espinoza 50, of Plymouth at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Nursery Street when it was found that Mr. Espinoza had an outstanding warrant through Marshall County for a failure to appear on a misdemeanor and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given no bond at this time.
On Thursday, July 5th at 9:40pm, Officer Jesse Pippenger arrested Abel Leal 22, of Pharr, Texas after it was found that was driving a vehicle without ever receiving a license when he conducted a traffic stop at the Red Rock Inn. Leal was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $750.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 31st at 8:30am.
