08/29/12  On Thursday, August 24th just before 10 a.m. Officer Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Oak Drive for a traffic violation.  During her investigation it was found that driver, Susan R. Bowling 48, of Bourbon was operating the vehicle with a suspended license with a prior conviction.   She was also unable to provide financial responsibility for the vehicle. Bowling was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for driving while suspended and given a $750.00 cash bond,   Bowling is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on September 25th at 8:30am.

On Friday, August 25th about 9:40 a.m.  Plymouth Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested Douglas A. Croy 32, at the intersection of Garro and Plum Streets.  Croy was arrested for driving with a suspended license.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a $1500 cash bond.   He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on September 25th at 8:30am.

On Friday, August 25th at 5:59p.m. Officer Gilmer made another arrest after conducting a traffic stop at the intersection of West Jefferson Street and Beerenbrook.   Eric G. Jefferson 18, of Plymouth was taken into custody after he was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. Jefferson was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $250.00 cash bond for his release.  His scheduled court appearance will be in Marshall County Superior Court II on September 25th at 8:30am.
