03/20/12  On Wednesday, March 14th around 5:15am, Officer Taberski of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Western Avenue and Council Drive.  It was found that Keelia M. Pratt 21, of Plymouth had an active warrant through a Whitley County for Check Deception.  She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she waited for transportation to Whitley County.

On Friday, March 16th around 8:00pm, Officer Paul Stamper was working Operation Pull Over when he conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of North Oak Drive and Harrison Street.  It was found that the driver, 51 year old Daniel R. Coyer of Plymouth was intoxicated.  Coyer was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated and was given a $1,000.00 cash bond.  Coyer is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on March 27th at 8:30am.

On Sunday, March 18th at 1:34am, Officer Stamper arrested 29 year old Jeffery Jackson of Plymouth for trespassing and resisting law enforcement in the 800 block of Cherrywood Avenue.  Jackson was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1,000.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on March 27th at 8:30am.

Just a short time later on Sunday, March 18th around 3:0opm, Officer Wally Derifield made an arrest in front of the Dandelion Bar located at 116 West LaPorte Street.  After speaking with Christopher Detrick 36, of Plymouth he was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Public Intoxication and given a $500.00 cash bond.  Detrick is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 10th at 8:30am.
